We provide wealth management services to individuals, families, corporates, organizations, and foundations with assets exceeding 5 million SEK. We also offer support with discretionary management of dormant companies.
Thanks to our independent position, we offer a flexible approach, allowing you, as our client, to choose where you want to hold your portfolio. Currently, we manage portfolios located at Avanza, Nordnet, as well as traditional commercial banks.
At the commencement of each management assignment, we enter into a discretionary asset management agreement. In conjunction with this, we, in consultation with you, establish the guidelines that will apply within the framework of the agreement, including your return target, investment horizon, the level of risk you wish to assume, and other preferences. All of this is documented meticulously and forms the basis for the portfolio we create uniquely for you.
Management is conducted according to our proven model, a model we have employed for an extended period, and which has shown good management results. The model is based on our management philosophy, which can be described as active quality management.
Low management costs are an important component in achieving good management results. Therefore, we base our fee model solely on a low, fixed, and transparent fee. We do not receive any other income, such as fee-sharing from your custodial bank, sales commissions, or hidden revenues using complex instruments.
We have satisfied customers and strong references. Consequently, we have not found any reason to bind our customers. If, for any reason, you wish to terminate the management assignment, this can be done promptly. During the term, we can offer a uniquely close relationship with us as the managers of your assets.
