- By active management, we mean that we operate independently of the index. In other words, instead of considering a holding’s weight in an index, we select holdings based on our own analysis and belief in the return potential we assess each security can generate.
- When we refer to quality companies, we mean companies that have demonstrated, among other things, consistent revenue and profit growth over an extended period, stable finances, and a proven competent management team.
- We invest in both smaller and larger publicly traded companies. Smaller companies often have the potential for rapid growth and are not typically as closely monitored as larger companies, potentially providing better long-term returns.
